Lieber Eishockeyfreunde,
wir dürfen Euch rechtherzlich zum Sonnenhügel - Cup 2011 eins der größten Eishockey-Nachwuchsturniere, nach Bad Kissingen einladen.
Der Sonnenhügel - Cup wird im Jahr 2011 mit 12 Mannschaften ausgetragen. Aufgrund der internationalen Gäste haben wir uns entschieden die Jahrgänge 1999 und jünger auf dem Sonnenhügel-Cup 2011 spielen zu lassen.
Das Turnier findet vom 19/20.03.2011 statt.
Wir hoffen das der Sonnenhügel - Cup 2011 genau so ein Erfolg wird wie 2009 und2010 das wir wieder über 200 kleine Eishockeyhelden und dramatische Spiele auf dem Eis erleben.
Die Startgebühr beträgt 150 € je Mannschaft die Bankdaten werden Euch im nächsten Rundschreiben mitgeteilt.
Für 2011 haben wir uns einiges an neuen Events einfallen lassen, so das der Sonnenhügel - Cup wieder ein Erlebnis für jung und alt wird.

Mit unseren Kooperationspartnern Hotel Sonnenhügel, Hotel Ullrich, Hotel Bristol und das Hotel Residence von Dapper erhalten die Mannschaften, Eltern und Fans kostengünstige Übernachtungen.
Rund um das Turnier wird es wieder einen mobilen Hockey-Shop, Tombola, Eishockey – Fan-Shop, org. Players-Cards Stand sowie ein bayrisches Festzelt geben.
Bei den ausländischen Gästen sind wir bei der Organisation der Anreise behilflich.

Dear hockey friends, we may invite to You right warmly to the solar hill - cup in 2011 one of the biggest hockey-promising tournaments, to Bad Kissingen. The solar hill - cup is delivered in 2011 with 12 teams. On account of the international guests we have decided to let play the years in 1999 and more recently on the solar hill cup in 2011. The tournament takes place from the 19th to the 20.03.2011th. We hope of the solar hills - cup in 2011 just a success will experience like in 2009 und2010 we again more than 200 small hockey heroes and dramatic plays on the ice. The entry fee amounts to 150 € team the bank data are informed of You in the next circular. For 2011 we could be occurred something in new events, thus the solar hill - cup again an experience for becomes young and old.

Autour du tournoi, cela devient encore une boutique de hockey mobile, Tombola, hockey sur glace – la boutique de fan, org. Players-Cards la place ainsi qu'une tente de fête bavaroise donnent. Dear Sir/Madam,
We have hosted 107 teams in the 2010 edition of the RIGA CUP and are proud to be the largest (ice) hockey tournament in Europe. The tournament was previously called VOLVO CUP, but due to support from the city council of RIGA we have changed the name into RIGA CUP.
The dates for the 2011 tournament are known and we are pleased to invite your club to participate in our International AAA/AA Tournament to be held in Riga (Latvia).
All tournaments will start on Friday at approx 08.00 hours and will be finished on Sunday around 17.30 hours (except U-14 tournament which will be finished on Monday).
There will be taking part a minimum of 8 teams from several European countries. Every team will play at least 7 games.
A team exists to a maximum of 22 players (including goalie’s) unless otherwise agreed with the organizing committee.

When your team has been accepted the tournament fee will be charged together (plus) with a charge for each player/coach.
Together with the application (form) you should transfer a deposit of Euro 300.00 per team (no exception can be made),
The balance (tournament fee minus the application fee of Euro 300.00 plus fee per player/coach) will be called in for in February 2011.
Included in the fee per player/coach are 4 nights of accommodation in Elefant (or Maritim Park hotel when Elefant is fully booked and both are 4 star hotels ) based on a double room including breakfast buffet in the hotel (arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday) as well as lunch and dinner on the ice rink on Friday and Saturday and lunch on Sunday (5 warm meals).
Exception: U-14 is including 5 nights, dinner on Sunday and lunch on Monday as well.
Double rooms for single use (players/coaches): + (plus) Euro 22,50 per room per night
For departure on Sunday (U-14 departure on Monday): Minus Euro 29.50 per person in case of a double room or Euro 52.00 per person in case of a double room for single use.
PARENTS:
Parents can stay in the same hotel as players and coaches if required. Rates will be as follows:
Double room: Euro 59,00 per room per night including breakfast
Single room: Euro 52,00 per room per night including breakfast

The application is binding. Teams who will not be among the participants will get their Euro 300.00 back.
When cancellations are made after your team has been accepted in the tournament no refund can be given on the application fee.

We work on a “first come – first served” basis to avoid long waiting times in receiving a reply.
First closing date for entry will be November 30th – 2010. Confirmation of acceptance to the tournament will follow not later than December 31st – 2010.
Schedules for the tournaments will be worked out when the application date has been expired and will be forwarded to participating clubs at least 21 days before the tournament begins.
TRANSPORTATION:
We can also arrange transportation for your personal needs during your stay. Rates on request.
ARENA:
All games will be played at the Volvo Sporta Centrs, Jurmalas Gatve 78d in Riga and/or at Inbox Arena, Babites pagast in Pinki (suburb from Riga and 10 minutes from Volvo Arena). Volvo arena is located approx 7 minutes by car from the airport and approx 10 minutes from the center.

REFEREES:
We also request participating clubs to bring 1 or 2 high level referees. Referees are offered free accommodation (based on arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday and on sharing a double room including breakfast in 4 star hotel Elefant) as well lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
Travel costs will be on their own expenses. No further payments will be made.
Referees will have an average of approx 4 to 5 games a day.
